

Soap Star Mark Dobies Dead At 65
Daytime TV has lost a beloved talent. Mark Dobies, known for his memorable roles in Guiding Light as Noah Chase and the Serial Killer and District Attorney, Daniel Colson on One Life to Live, passed away on March 11 at the age of 65.
His New Jersey obituary did not list a cause of death but honored him as “a loving father, accomplished athlete, and talented actor” who “lived a life full of passion, perseverance, and love.”
Beyond his work in soap operas, Mark’s greatest joy was his family. He leaves behind his three children, Francesca, Olivia, and Robert, as well as his mother, Suzanne, and siblings, Paul and Sandy.
The actor died in Dunellen, New Jersey at the age of 65.
