Eric Braeden, known to The Young and the Restless fans as the iconic Victor Newman, has suffered a devastating loss. The actor's home of 45 years was destroyed in the Los Angeles wildfires.
Heartbreaking News for Eric Braeden.
According to 11Alive on YouTube, in an interview with CNN’s Laura Coates, Braeden recounted the harrowing events, explaining how the unpredictable winds changed direction, bringing the flames dangerously close to his beloved home. "A few nights ago, we were told... the wind was drifting out towards the ocean," he shared. "However, they were wrong... and it came back."
Joshua Morrow, who plays Victor’s son, Nick Newman, on the show, went to Braeden’s property to assess the damage. Braeden emotionally reflected, "Lived there for 45 years, and to see your home... a house can be rebuilt, but everything you’ve gathered over a lifetime..."
