Kate threatens to kill EJ if he harms her children. Javi brings Leo's luggage, but Leo takes it back, deciding to find his own place. Gabi eventually agrees to let Leo stay. EJ drinks with Mrs. Blake, who informs him that Kristen went to the police with Jada. They discuss EJ's actions against Rafe. EJ thanks her, retrieves the syringe from the safe, and tells Mrs. Blake she won’t be testifying against anyone.

After facing numerous challenges, Jada and Rafe contemplate their future. With Jada's title restored and Rafe partially recalling the event, their reconnection signals it's time to plan ahead. Julie is shocked to find Melinda wearing the missing necklace. Prepare yourself for The Bistro Showdown! When Julie spots her grandmother's necklace, you can be sure she'll confront Melinda and maybe even accuse her of theft. Holly offers some comfort to Tate. Tate's grandfather, John, is missing, and his grandmother, Kimberly, is facing a recurrence of cancer, making the situation quite bleak. Holly is expected to bring some relief to the circumstances. EJ confronts Rachel Blake. In the previous episode's conclusion, EJ, with a syringe of CRS-17 in hand, is prepared to inject Rachel because she is testifying against him.
